Cassia is part of the cinnamon plant known as Chinese Cinnamon. Both cinnamon and turmeric can reduce inflammation. These therapeutic grade essential oils, work with the jojoba oil, avocado oil, hemp oil and coconut oil we use in making our creams and lotions.
By reducing the inflammation, you gain movement and relieve pain and aches.
Cassia may also help with inflammation and pain due to Bursitis and Fibromyalgia. For Diabetic Nerve Pain on feet, it is suggested using 4 times per day for 3-5 days, then daily.
Suggested use: Apply morning and evening to painful or inflamed joints, for 3-5 days. Most people notice relief after 3 days. Thereafter, apply as needed. Cassia can be used as a hand and body lotion as well. Use cassia lotion on tired or swollen legs and hands to relieve inflammation.
